Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions take effect as soon as you complete the momd4 account registration process or use any service provided by this platform. Acceptance of the terms is automatic and binding when you:

User Account

Each momd4 account is exclusively owned by the individual who registered it and may not be shared, transferred, or sold to any other party. As the account holder, you are fully responsible for:

• All activity that occurs on your account, whether carried out by you or by any other party who gains access with or without your knowledge.
• Notifying the momd4 support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
